Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Shipping Timeframes
Because we source directly from our international manufacturing partners, delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 7–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
- Australia: 7–12 business days
- Canada: 8–12 business days
- United Arab Emirates: 6–10 business days
Delivery estimates exclude order processing time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. Promotional free shipping thresholds may apply on qualifying orders.
Tracking
All orders include full tracking. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Custom & Made-To-Order Products
At Bathorae, we offer bespoke and made-to-order bathroom products tailored to each client's specifications.
Because these items are manufactured specifically upon request, the following terms apply:
Production Time
Custom and made-to-order products require extended production timelines. Estimated manufacturing periods range from 15–35 business days prior to shipment, depending on design complexity, materials, and finishing requirements.
Order Finalization
Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has commenced, the order cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
Customers are responsible for verifying all measurements, finishes, materials, and specifications before approving production.
Returns & Refunds
Custom and bespoke items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Shipping & Delivery
Custom products may ship via specialized freight carriers due to size, weight, or material sensitivity. Delivery timelines may vary based on production completion and logistics coordination.
Client Responsibility
Bathorae is not liable for incorrect specifications submitted by the customer, including sizing errors, installation incompatibility, or design misinterpretation after approval.
We strongly recommend consulting with a contractor or designer prior to placing custom orders.
