Refund & Return Policy — Bathorae

We take pride in delivering premium, high-quality bathroom products. Due to the nature of our items, our return policy is structured as follows:

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many Bathorae products are made-to-order or large freight items, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect measurements ordered by customer

  • Installation issues not related to product defects

Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement will be issued, or

  • A full or partial refund will be processed to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After production or shipment begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
