Bathorae specializes in bespoke and specification-based products. All dimensions, finishes, and materials must be reviewed and confirmed prior to production.
Custom and made-to-order items are produced according to approved specifications and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Product images are for reference purposes only. Variations in material, finish, and color may occur.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received and confirmed before production or shipment.
For custom or project-based orders, a deposit may be required prior to manufacturing, with the remaining balance due before dispatch.
5. Shipping & International Orders
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required in their country.
